Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP)

Pima County has created a program to address traffic problems on residential streets. Problems such as vehicles speeding and taking short cuts through neighborhoods can be reduced by participation in the NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (NTMP). This program allows residents to partner with PimaCounty to modify the streets in their neighborhoods to solve their traffic problems.

To participate in this program, a neighborhood must:

• Be located in an unincorporated area of PimaCounty
• Have paved roads maintained by PimaCounty
• Have a posted speed limit of 25 mph
