Mission Statement

The purpose of SAGIS is to provide an informal forum in Southern Arizona where GIS users can meet to exchange ideas and data. SAGIS has the opportunity to participate at the state level, where the Arizona Geographic Information Council (AGIC) seeks to coordinate the development and management of geographic information systems (GIS).

The Pima Association of Governments (PAG) runs the SAGIS listserver.
