Improvement Plans

Improvement Plans include paving, grading, and drainage plans for subdivisions and offsite. Improvement Plans are associated with Subdivisions within Unincorporated Pima County and go through a Pima County review and acceptance process. In addition, Improvement Plans are tied in with Roads Accepted for Maintenance (RAM’s) which are approved by the Board of Supervisors.

This is an ongoing project. New Improvement Plans are added as soon as they come into Engineering Information Management. Note that more than one improvement plan may exist for a particular area. You can view Improvement Plans two ways.
